Out of Hours Service

NHS 111 Service

Patients can use this number when they need medical help or advice and it's not urgent enough to call 999.

NHS 111 operates 24/7, 365 days per year and is free to use from a landline and a mobile.

You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice that cannot safely wait until the next routine surgery at the practice, but it's not a life-threatening situation.

Call 111 if:

You need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency
You think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
You don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call
You need health information or reassurance about what to do next

For less urgent health needs, contact your GP or local pharmacist in the usual way.

Staff Training Closures

The surgery will be closed between 1.00pm and 5.00 pm for staff training purpose.

Please call 999 in life threating illnesses. If you need to consult a doctor or seek medical advice when the surgery is closed for training, you can contact Reception after 5:00pm.
